Ezelive is compatible with shared computers, but multiple logins are not possible. We recommend a dedicated server or a properly configured shared server for the best performance. Live support hosting is available, and you can apply for a free 7-day trial.
5. Can I Skip The List Of Departments?
Yes. Users can be taken directly to the queue for a particular department, without having to select it manually. The HTML code (init_room) used when embedding the Customer Chat Client can be used to control this. This can be configured for you without charge.

Yes! After signing up for the EzeLive Support package, you can email your requirements to [email protected]. Our team will design a customized skin for the Customer chat client. Additional skin designs are charged at $50. Note: Staff and admin interfaces will not be affected.
2. Can I change the logo on the Customer Chat client?
Absolutely. You can update the logos of all chat clients via the EzeSupport Setup Panel. If needed, you can easily update the “Initiate Chat Button” logo.
3. Can You Design A Logo For Me?
Yes! Provide detailed requirements colours, fonts, style, etc. We can design a logo within 24 hours of ordering the software package. The logo design is included in the software package.
4. What Custom Features Can You Create For My Business?

5. Can I Change The Size Of Customer Chat?

6. Does Ezelive Support Multiple Languages?
Yes. Ezelive supports English and Simplified Chinese. The interface language can be controlled by a PHP file that can be easily translated into other languages. We can translate your interface for free if needed.
