I can not login?

Before logging in you must be registered in our system. If you have posted an ad within the last six months you are already registered. Otherwise you will need to complete the registration process first.

If you have forgotten your login email please contact our support team for assistance. If you remember your email but have forgotten your password click on “Forgot My Password” to receive a password reset link via email.

When i try to place an advertisement, my pictures won't upload?

Most issues are often due to large image file sizes. If this happens, try resizing your images and uploading them again. We're here to help if you need any assistance. If you have trouble uploading images, you can still complete your ad by selecting Add no images. You are also welcome to send your images to our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that if you choose this option, there’s no need to pay for featured listings online right away. Any featured listings you select can be added to your account and paid for later at your convenience.

When i try to place an advertisement, it appears to be stuck at the information page?

Most issues occur when a required field is left empty. Please carefully review the page and look for any red text indicating missing information. If there are no errors send your ad to [email protected] You can cancel the process of creating an ad and send your phone number to [email protected].

• If you need to submit your ad after business hours, our staff will contact you to help complete it.
• To save time, you can copy and paste the ad text into your email instead of typing it again.

What happens if i can not remember my password or login name?

If you forget your password click “I forgot my password”. Your password will be sent to your registered email if you know your username. If you have a current ad you can still view your username. Otherwise contact us and we’ll be happy to help you locate it.

I got the newsletter. does receiving the newsletter require registration?

Not all users register for the newsletter, some register only to use the classified ads system. You are fully registered if you have posted an ad in the last six months or completed the registration process yourself.

Can i change my advertisement?

Login first using your username and password then go to “My Account”. You will see your active ads with options to edit, update or delete them. Please note that deleted ads cannot be recovered. You can also create a new ad based on a previous one but it will be treated as a completely new listing.

My email address does not appear in my advertisement?

To protect users from spam our system automatically hides email addresses. Buyers are encouraged to contact sellers via the contact form ensuring safe and secure messaging without sharing your email address.

When placing a new advertisement or editing an existing one you can choose whether to display your email address. If you need assistance please contact us by phone or email.
