2002 Newmar Mountain Aire Diesel Pusher

Regretfully we are listing our motorhome for sale due to health & age. We have lived full time in this unit for the past 3 1/2 years but the time has come. This 40 ft. diesel pusher motorhome is quality built on a Spartan chassis (2 slides) with lots of basement storage. It has been well maintained and -serviced regularly with only 115,000 miles (not kms); 370 Cummins; 6 speed Allison transmission & 8 kw generator (synthetic oils for the transmission & generator recently changed). Self Levelling System. It has one large awning on the door side and 3 smaller awnings over the windows. Furnace/2 AC Units & Heat Pump. The Aqua Hot diesel water system has been rebuilt ($6,800); Replaced the following: Exhaust system ($1,600), New Air Bags, Levelling Valves, 4 Michelin drive tires, 2 Goodyear steering tires ($6000)...approx. 20,000 miles on these tires; New Starter in April 2025; New Stove top, Moen kitchen taps & New rv couch with queen bed. The microwave was replaced 3 years ago with a microwave/convection oven and the fridge was replaced with a residential size fridge. The interior is solid oak cabinetry. We also are selling our 2010 Jeep Wrangler Safari (249,000 km) with 4 new tires (May 2025) & new front wheel bearing. Runs very well...no issues. We towed this vehicle behind the motorhome with a Blue Ox towing system...also have a Brake Buddy system. Value of the Jeep and towing system ($17,000).
